Qualification & Experience
• CA Qualified.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing finance.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting (60%)
• Maintain books of accounts in SAP in compliance with Ind AS.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
• Accounting of inventory, cost of production, fixed assets, accruals, and provisions.
• Prepare schedules and reconciliations for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and approval matrices.
FP&A & Business Support (40%)
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis (actual vs budget), and cost reports.
• Perform costing, margin, and production variance analysis.
• Coordinate with plant, procurement, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Support CAPEX tracking, cost optimization, and management reporting.
Key Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Understanding of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel and MIS skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
