Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Translate business objectives into detailed project plans with defined milestones and KPIs.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality project delivery across multiple functional areas.
Operational Excellence
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and operations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Support new product introductions and operational scale-up projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with departments including R&D, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations effectively to senior management.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project performance against goals and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Analyze data to generate insights for better decision-making and long-term planning.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and process standardization.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics or related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management or strategic execution experience in the OEM/ODM or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement and change management.
- Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and documentation systems.
- Location: Vasai (Willingness to work from site is mandatory).
