Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, track, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments — production, procurement, quality, and design — to meet project requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes proactively.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the SMT project team to achieve operational targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the central communication point for all project stakeholders.
- Present project updates, performance metrics, and risks to senior management and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Quality & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to internal and customer-defined quality standards.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures for process deviations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience in SMT or a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Familiarity with SMT equipment, process flow, and manufacturing standards preferred.
