Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field; MBA/PGDM a plus
- 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML product development
- Proven track record of delivering AI projects/products
- Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, leadership, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead AI NPD projects, define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- AI Strategy: Identify AI opportunities, define product roadmap, and drive adoption.
- Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partnerships.
- Product Development: Oversee AI model development, integration, and deployment.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure AI solutions meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards.
