Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and manage a marketing team (designer, content writer, visualization).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, NPD, R&D, HR, Manufacturing, Management) to gather requirements and execute marketing deliverables.
  • Manage external vendors (media partners, hosting providers, PR agencies, exhibition vendors).

2. Branding & Communication

  • Build and enhance company and founder branding across platforms.
  • Develop corporate storytelling through white papers, newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
  • Plan and execute factory shoots, corporate videos, podcasts, and photo shoots for brand promotion.

3. Exhibitions & PR

  • Plan and execute national and international exhibitions, trade shows, awards and B2B events.
  • Negotiate with vendors for exhibition design, fabrication, and media visibility.
  • Handle PR activities – coordinate with media houses, journalists, and digital publications.

4. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Create and execute B2B marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Plan and manage automated email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company's social media, website, and digital presence.
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure technical SEO compliance and content optimization.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to management.
  • Track campaign ROI, lead conversion, and digital analytics.
  • Implement CRM System & Monitor lead journey via CRM and ensure CTA effectiveness.

6. Tools & Platforms

  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Google Analytics, SEO (on page and off page), SEM Rush, CRM tools, Marketing Automation tools.
    • MS office, Adobe cloud, Website CMS, hosting, marketing dashboards, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to track leads, manage CTAs, and improve digital traffic and conversions.

7. Strategy & Growth

  • Build an in-house marketing capability, reducing dependency on external vendors.
  • Design and execute strategies for domestic & international market penetration.
  • Support business expansion through strategic marketing insights and execution.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Brandworks’marketing initiatives across branding, exhibitions, PR, digital campaigns, and content creation. The role requires team management, vendor negotiation, stakeholder coordination, and technical expertise in marketing tools & platforms.
