· Assist customers in integrating Brandworks devices into their platforms (TMS, dashboards, apps).
· Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MQTT and TCP/IP protocol communications.
· Support API integrations and make minor protocol parser modifications if needed.
· Conduct technical discussions, POCs (proof of concepts), demos, and training for customer technical teams.
· Act as the first technical escalation point post-sales, resolving field-level issues.
· Coordinate with internal Firmware, Software, and Hardware teams for any escalated issues.
· Document integration guidelines, FAQs, best practices, and continuously update technical documentation.
· Provide structured feedback from the field to improve products and integration capabilities.
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
· 2–5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Integration Engineering, or Customer Solutions Engineering roles.
· Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- MQTT and TCP/IP Protocols and IoT communication basics
- REST APIs and Webhooks
- Protocol Parser concepts (JSON/XML data handling)
· Exposure to IoT device(LTE Cat 1/Cat 4, 2G) ecosystems and device-to-cloud architectures.
· Good problem-solving and debugging skills in field environments.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with customers.
· Familiarity with UPI soundbox, dash cam, payment devices, electronic toll collection or other IoT hardware.
· Understanding of Firmware upgrade processes (OTA).
· Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, secure communication).
