Warehouse Manager

- 5-8 years in materials/inventory management in electronics manufacturing.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and issuing operations

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies

• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these

• respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone

• keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate

• organize the training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress

• produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Leading all the Inbound shipments offloading, storage and Inventory 

• Developing the Alternative service providers for outbound for reduction of prices and better service

• Good Control on the daily manpower and their work activities

• Coordination with the Internal departments for movement of materials and other daily activities

• Sampling basis inventory check on weekly basis and maintaining proper 5S 

• Packaging Kit preparation as per the requirements and Supplier rejections intimation to Purchase for replacement

• Should have knowledge on the Job work process 

• To see all the SAP system entries are closed on daily basis 

• To have the control on the Incoming and Outgoing material process 

• Maintaining the data of Kit closure and demand details 

As a Warehouse Manager, All the Communication should go to Senior officials on all the inventory in warehouse for every liquidation plan
