PCB & PCB Assembly – Brandworks Technologies provides comprehensive PCB solutions comprising PCB layout, PCB fabrication, PCB stencils, PCB assembly along with component sourcing.

We are smartly producing complex PCB assemblies supported by Fuji SMT lines that perform - solder paste printing, high-speed (component) pick and place, reflow soldering, and automated optical inspection (AOI) to check the line quality. Precision with speed on assembly line is attained by coupling post SMT assembly functions. These include conformal coating, press-fit connectors, box build (enclosure integration and wiring), and end-of-line testing to finally validate quality and functionality.

Our clients can demand full turkey and partial turnkey operational services to suit their own capacity built up. We also welcome them to work with us for developing first boards and perform initial testing. Thus, supporting prototype PCB assemblies that are curated for special application in niche sectors (like health, fintech and surveillance).
