Every great journey begins with challenges, and hers was no exception. From navigating two unsuccessful ventures to building a robust manufacturing ecosystem at Brandworks, she believes that failure is not fatal; it is foundational.
Her turning point came with a simple yet powerful realization: If you don’t control the product, you can’t scale. This insight led to the creation of Brandworks Technologies, now a trusted manufacturing partner for over 60 Indian brands across IT peripherals, smart electronics, and consumer devices.
What started as a vision to empower Indian hardware manufacturing has now evolved into a movement redefining how innovation is built in India, from concept to commercialization.
One of the most defining aspects of Brandworks is its workforce. Today, over 70% of the company’s team comprises women, a reflection of Ms. Kumawat’s belief in inclusive growth and empowerment through opportunity.

As she stated at the conclave, “Silicon is the new diamond. Semiconductors will drive the next story of India, and we are all the storywriters.”
